PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: You know what he looks like.
DEMEANOR: Calm with a hint of cheek under it.
ABILITIES: Luke is a Jedi with limited training. He excels in combat and physical activity, he's very empathic but he's rubbish at a lot of other Jedi stuff because he simply doesn't know what he doesn't know.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: Luke is still suffering lightly from the effects of Palpatine's torture (he has scars over his body because he can't heal them) and he has a mechanical right hand. Otherwise, he's exceptionally healthy.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: Luke's pretty hard to actually offend.
OTHER: He has a lightsaber. The crystal is artificially grown and will feel a little hinky to trained Jedi who know better.
IC PERMISSIONS
MENTAL: Big maybe.
MIMICRY: He woldn't like it, but there's no reason someone couldn't mimic him.
VIOLENCE: Luke is considered a foremost lightsaber fighter and it probably won't go great for anyone attacking him. He will try not to fight and then aim to disable rather than kill.
MAGIC: Will depend on the person and the magic.
DEBATE: Definitely.
OTHER / NOTES: Luke has difficulty not reading the emotions of those around him but will try his best. He's a very powerful Force presence, very bright and light, but there's a small cavern of trauma and PTSD that he's still trying to come to terms with.
