For Cal
It was two months after Endor.
A perfectly normal (for him) night's sleep was interrupted. It was like a mental hiccup, or a system reboot. He wasn't aware of anything and then-
The bond snapped into place before he gained awareness. It was old and young and familiar, a previously cautious candlelight that felt closer to a hearthfire now, tempered and warming and clear. The memories rushed back as he woke, sitting up with a choked gasp and a flare of Force awareness and anxiety bright enough that he felt Leia awaken on the otherside of the system with it.
He couldn't explain to her. To anyone. All he could do was throw on clothes as he went, grabbing the bare necessities and choking out something about 'Jedi business, another Jedi, I can feel him' before he was loading up R2 and the X-Wing.
Outer Rim.
He went to Botajef. Intersection of major hyperspace lanes. Near Dathomir, near Yavin, it felt significant and right.
And once he was there, he set himself outside of the main city and he reached out, along the bond and just in general, because he knows the bond is good, but at the same time, he isn't confident about it.
Cal Kestis. I'm here. I know you.

"I love you too," is what he settles on saying.

He once again grabs Luke's thigh, hiking his leg up a little higher, forehead pressed to forehead as he pushes in. Just a little, just the head, which draws a low, long moan from his throat as his eyes flutter shut. It's tight and hot and perfect, so much better than he can remember it being with anyone else, so much better than his own fantasies could conjure even with the memories of Luke with him.
no subject
"Cal."
Plea. Entreaty. Statement. He just needs to say his name, even if it's breathless. He doesn't try to kiss him again, just lets his own eyes close and focuses on how it feels, physically and through their bond.
no subject
A shiver travels across his skin, and he brushes his lips over Luke's skin as he shifts to nuzzle his neck. There's no need to pause for too long, he imagines, but he still takes a while to come back to himself a little, to enjoy the taste of Luke's skin against his tongue.

And for the impatience of before, there's a contentment to the quiet moment, where they're just together, bodies as entwined as possible and sensation ebbing between them through the bond.
He might help that along a bit, pushing the way it feels, hot, full, want, at Cal.
no subject
Then he finally starts moving properly, with slow but firm thrusts, slowly reminding himself - his body - how they fit together. How to angle his hips, where Luke likes his mouth and his hands. It doesn't take too long, despite all the time that's passed.
no subject
And then-
His eyes are wide and staring unseeing at the ceiling, gasps of sound and moans knocked from him with each thrust in. His hands are grasping Cal's shoulders but he's gripping the strong muscles of Cal's thighs and butt with his mind, urging him on.
no subject
Some part of his mind remembers that Luke had said something about riding him, but stopping now would simply be madness. So he keeps going, his breath getting heavier and heavier, his thrusts losing the rhythm as need and heat take over all of his senses.
Until it's over, and he shakes and trembles with the last shallow, mindless thrusts and he burrows his face against Luke's throat because he never wants to leave him again.
no subject
He's probably tangled himself too deep into the bond, but he can't care because Cal's pleasure is intoxicating and addicting and feeds his own need. He takes everything Cal offers and feeds it back to him and however soon the climax comes doesn't matter, because it's shared and he's tightening and twisting on Cal's cock, under his hands. And as he sinks into the bed, shivering softly, his mind lets go of Cal, even though he's leaning up to chase another kiss.
no subject
He's sure it's fine if he just stays in this heat for a little while longer before pulling out, nuzzling Luke's temple and brushing his fingers idly down his arm.
no subject
He hums softly at the nuzzle, smiling to himself. "Welcome home, Cal," he whispers.
no subject
"It's good to be home," he murmurs.
no subject
Not just abstract memories, or fantasy. It was real between them. It's still real. As real as Cal's weight pressing him into the bed.
no subject
"Yeah."
They definitely need a shower pretty bad, but it could wait a few more minutes.

With that, he finally shifts to carefully pull out, and lies back down a bit further down Luke's body. Just because Luke has pointed out the fact that they need to shower that doesn't mean they have to move right away. First, Cal wants to rest his ear against Luke's chest, listen to his heart, feel it rise and fall with his breath.
no subject
And no, they don't have to move yet, but Cal's moving away, which draws a low moan of slight discomfort and maybe just a touch of whining because he can. But Cal's doesn't actually move far, settles again and Luke drops his left hand to brush Cal's hair and touch his face, relaxing into the bed again.
no subject
"Could fall asleep," he murmurs with amusement.
Thanks for the notif, DW!!!
Rude, DW
Nap it is. He can't remember the last time he felt this comfortable and safe, for all that there's still a limit to how safe the galaxy is for a Jedi. But he takes these moments where he can get them.
Yup, I'm not getting notifs...
shakes DW until notifs fall out
Got them working again!!
He slips into something between meditation and napping, hand resting protectively on the back of Cal's neck while he sleeps.
Yay I did it!
Even so, by the time he wakes properly a few hours later, it still doesn't feel like it's been enough.
He heaves a sigh, nuzzling his nose beneath Luke's jaw, squeezing his arms around him like he could possibly get any closer. In a way, he feels like those eighteen years haven't passed. Like he's the same person he was then.

Cal's return to consciousness brushes against him and he finds himself smiling, squeezing Cal gently. "Hey," he murmurs, voice slightly croaky.
